How to Cook with Fresh Mints

Mint contains Vitamin C and Vitamin A and a cup of fresh mint tea has been known as an herbal remedy to many cultures for many generations. Mints has its strong and delight flavor and they are one of the greatest herb for cooking.

Green Mint Leaves Roll
Ingredients:
1. Get a cup of fresh green mint leaves
 2. one Pleurotus eryngii (杏鲍菇)
3. Bacon slides
4. Olive oil
5. oyster sause
6. soy sause
7. sugar

Step 1: cut the Pleurotus eryngii into think slides, then fry the slides in olive oil to tender
Step 2: fry the bacon slides
Step 3: add 1 tea spoon oyster sause, 1 tea spoon of soy sause, half tea spoon of sugar into the warm olive oil. str till all sugar are melted.
Step 4: rape the fresh mint leaves with the bacon slides and the Pleurotus eryngii. The Pleurotus eryngii should be the outer layer.
 Step 5: Set the rolls on plate, and season the sause over them.
